Introduction

1.1 About this document

This document specifies the Sipajak API surface — the complete set of endpoints exposed for integration with partner and customer systems. It is intended for developers integrating Sipajak's tax-compliance services into their own platforms — typically backend engineers building connectors from an ERP, accounting platform, or master-data system.

The API surface is organised into six functional modules: Organization (profile and NPWP registration), VSWP (taxpayer validation), e-Faktur (VAT invoices), e-Bupot (withholding tax receipts), SPT (tax returns), and e-Billing (payment-code issuance). Sections 4 through 9 of this document cover each module in turn. The conventions established in section 3 (response envelope, authentication, soft-error pattern, date formats) apply across all modules and should be read once before working with any of them.

This is version 1.8 of the document. All module sections are now fully specified: Section 4 (Organization), 5 (VSWP), 6 (e-Faktur), 7 (e-Bupot), 8 (SPT), and 9 (e-Billing). The cross-cutting material (sections 1–3, 10–11) is complete and stable.

1.2 About Sipajak

Sipajak is a licensed Penyedia Jasa Aplikasi Perpajakan (PJAP) registered with the Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) under PER-10/PJ/2020. The platform provides DJP-integrated services for VAT invoicing (e-Faktur), withholding tax (e-Bupot), tax-return submission (SPT), payment-code issuance (e-Billing), and taxpayer validation (VSWP), with Host-to-Host integration to DJP's Coretax system.

1.3 Module overview

1.4 Document conventions

Throughout this document:

  • JSON path notation (e.g. body.data.status) refers to the JSON Pointer–equivalent location in a request or response payload.
  • Path templates enclose path parameters in braces, e.g. /v1/vswp/{id}.
  • Placeholder values in examples (such as 1234567890123000) are synthetic — they are valid in shape but do not correspond to real taxpayers.
